Tobias is the son of his mother, [[The Last Pilgrim]] and his father, the leader of the pilgrims. He got separated from his mother at the age of 7, and until then had learned a lot about surviving. His left leg is affected by [[The Rot]] when [[The Pilgrims]] carried it back some time during their travels. He has difficulty walking, and therefore relies on [[Liora]] to help him obtain resources.

He lives in a house next to the [[Bell Church]], in the mother that he and his mother lived in. He turned his house into a workshop for crafting magical devices, in the hopes of finding a way to enter the [[Sealed Roots]] and find his mother. He lacks the necessary resources, which [[Liora]] must obtain for him. He also plays the violin, and can be heard playing outside when he is on a break from his crafting.

He found Liora stranded near the [[Waterfall Plateau]] when he was 11, and cared for her ever since while she was unconscious. At the time Liora wakes up, he is 16 years of age. |
